Dear DAJ members, I hope you had a happy 4th of July and have been enjoying the summer so far.

The Annual USA Embassy friendship day is scheduled for 8/27 and as usual we will be hosting a DAJ voter registration table. We need volunteers for that day. If you can come and are interested please let me know asap. We need people to work in 1 hour blocks as it is very very hot usually and we want to give people a chance to get some shade and relax and enjoy the day as well.

We need about 2-3 people on the table per shift so I am looking for a group of at 15 or so volunteers for the day.

The entrance fee for the event can be waived for the first 5 volunteers I get info from
then for everyone else the admission is 1000 yen But includes free beer, soft drinks and water! Lots of free music and activities.
