On Sunday, September 11, 2011, Queen Square’s beautiful green space will be transformed into a local Farmers’ Market from 830am to 2pm. On Sunday, September 11, 2011, Queen Square’s beautiful green space will be transformed into a local Farmers’ Market from 830am to 2pm. The market will contain fresh produce from a number of local farmers, not to mention delicious prepared foods, coffee, music and local artisan goods. This is a unique opportunity to celebrate the Uptown of Saint John with an event that speaks to the very foundation of community, culture, and health: locally grown food.
