FOR THOSE OF YOU DON'T KNOW WHATS GOING ON:
On Friday 26th August Team Itchy Feet are taking over the Millbank Tower in Pimlico!
Yes, that is carnival weekend, and yes, the Millbank Tower is where the Labour Party used to have their offices, and yes, it is now where the Conservative party are based....
God only knows how we managed to get access, but we're taking over a whole floor and building our very own nightlclub on the 3rd floor, overlooking the Thames.
We also have very exciting news is that we have managed to book the super cool 9 piece big brass band - Brassroots! These guys are super cool. Anyone who has seen Leo Bedford DJ in the last 6 months will have heard their cover of Seven Nation Army, and they've got LOADS more. Check out
http://www.brassrootsmusic.com/ to get the low down.
Supporting them will be our resident Leo Bedford, Itchy Feet hero Count Skylarkin, and our West Country friends - The Duke Boxers (anyone who has been in Motion's room 2 in Bristol will know these guys)
We've also done a deal to make sure that the booze isn't too expensive, and advance tickets will be £8.
So... 10pm -3am, Friday August 26th, Millbank Tower, Pimlico, London.
