Expanding with monthly events, Internet Week New York is joining forces with Richard Blakeley, creator of the festival’s hugely popular Webutante Ball, to launch Websdays, a monthly networking event for the New York City internet community.
Aiming to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere that captures the spirit of Internet Week New York and encourages casual networking, the events will be open to only a limited number of guests each month.
Tickets are $10 and are available at
www.websdays.com.
"Websdays is a networking event for anyone on the web — welcoming developers, digital marketers, bloggers and entrepreneurs,” said Blakeley. “But unlike crowded parties with long lines and limited space, Websdays is an exclusive soiree with plenty of room to promote conversation over cocktails."
