D2S combines casual, multi-player games that you play on the big screen at home or in your favorite hangout, with your mobile phone as the game controller Beth has over 19 years of experience in production and marketing in media technology industries, including game and film making, h/w and s/w development and most recently mobile technologies and application development. As a serial entrepreneur, published author, college instructor, and technology marketing leader, Beth has started and run internationally recognized programs, been published in 4 languages, spoken at international events and conferences, and launched award-winning products. Beth was on the founding team of Multimedia Studies Program at SFSU, founding Executive Director of the DigiQuest Learning Center. During her tenure at Silicon Graphics (SGI), Beth helped create and launch a new multimillion dollar consumer products division, which was credited with raising the value of SGI's stock by over 30%. After SGI, Beth founded Systrum Media Consultants, her clients included 3Ware and Macromedia. While working at Macromedia, Beth helped launch the digital video editing software, Final Cut, which has then sold to Apple. Beth also served as the VP of Client Services for West Coast Operations for Circle, a full service ad and brand agency that was acquired by Havas. In 2006, Beth joined Devicescape, a Kleiner-Perkins funded start-up focused on mobile technologies and applications. Beth was a co-founder of Cog and Sprockets, a games company, and is the founder of Signal 2 Productions, a mobile apps company. She has a BA in Filmmaking and an MBA in Marketing and Management.
