Foreign Cinema Wine Director Zach Pace is hosting a special educational Champagne tasting and seminar on Thursday, August 18, 2011 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. ($125 per person).

• Champagne growing & production
• climate issues pertaining to grape growing
• styles of sparkling wine throughout the world
• how to read the label
• and classic & contemporary food pairings, complete with small tastes from Chefs Gayle Pirie and John Clark
