Hi Friends!

As many of you know, Lindsay & Nick (aka Team-Over Living) have been training for the ALS Wine Country Ride to raise funds to help defeat ALS. We are planning on riding the metric century and have had many early morning training rides (6:00 am wake-up calls!) to get in gear (and to get in kick ass shape!)

The ALS Association is the only non-profit organization fighting Lou Gehrig’s Disease on every front. By leading the way in global research, providing assistance for people with ALS through a nationwide network of chapters, coordinating multidisciplinary care through certified clinical care centers, and fostering government partnerships, The Association builds hope and enhances quality of life while aggressively searching for new treatments and a cure.

We are asking for your support by coming out to Unwind Wednesday August 24th 6-9 - a small donation to ALS gets you extended happy hour specials!

The ride is on September 24, 2011, and will be in Napa. That just means wine. Lots of it.
