"Macy's Chefs A-Go-Go," a national food truck tour showcasing the Macy's Culinary Council is rolling into Chicago for culinary fun! Macy's first-ever food truck tour will feature Chef Rick Bayless on board at the Chicago stop, cooking his signature recipes and dishing them out for free! Yes, you heard that right.
WHAT:
Chef Rick Bayless will be serving up some Mexican goodness from the truck at Ethyl's Beer & Wine Dive (324 S. Racine St.) from 6 to 8 p.m. on Aug. 16. While the food is free, Macy's is using the truck to raise funds for hunger-relief charity Feeding America.
If delicious free food and celebrity chefs weren't enough to get you to "go-go", visit the food truck tour when it rolls into your town. Fans that "like" Macy's on Facebook (
www.facebook/macys), or follow Macy's on Twitter (@macys and @macysevents) and the Macy's Culinary Council on twitter (@CulinaryCouncil) and tweet using the hashtag #macyschefs will receive a special gift at each food truck stop, while supplies last.
