The best word to describe the Encinitas Lifestyles Fashion Show is eclectic. In 2008, DEMA created the Encinitas Lifestyles Fashion Show to showcase the diverse and unique fashions our downtown shops and local Encinitas based designers have to offer. This year we are thrilled to have DJ Gabe Vega back and to add some new and exciting talent from Minikin Model and Talent Agency. Pairing art and fashion with music and dance, the show highlights the many different styles and attitudes represented in Downtown Encinitas. The fashion show is a great way to come out and support the MainStreet program, all proceeds will be used for the DEMA high school scholarship foundation. Ticket holders will be entered into a raffle with the chance to win gift certificates from Whole Foods Market, Bloom Health, Art N Soul on 101 and more!
This year the show has a record number of local boutiques and talent to showcase including Art N Soul on 101, Beads Crystals & More, Beebo Originals, Betania Christina Kelly Styling, Bliss 101, Bombshell Salon & Boutique, Coast Hwy Traders, Common Threads, Detour Salon, Double Take, Europtics Eyewear & Sunwear, Flashbacks, Hansen Surfboards, Home, Icons, It’s a Luv Thing, Lacy’s Boutique, M.O.M. @ 42nd and Orange, Magical Child, Mister Raccoon, Provence by Allyson Simone BRIDES, Queen Eileen’s, Recycled Swimwear by Rose, Running Skirts, The Black Sheep, Yoga Tropics and more.
New this year: Talent to be provided by Minikin Model and Talent Agency. Hair and makeup will be created by Bombshell Salon & Boutique, Detour Salon, Fabrika Monet, Nubo Nau, Nufaces Day Spa and Spa Gregorie’s Day Spas & Salons. Snacks and drinks donated by D Street Bar & Grill, East Village Asian Diner, LUNA Bar, popchips, Q’ero Restaurant, Roxy Restaurant, Stone Brewing Co, and Whole Foods Market.
