Justin is finally back in SF. It's Savage's birthday weekend. Together we'll be mixing drinks behind Tonic’s bar from 6-9pm with all tips benefitting the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC). Justin is finally back in SF. It's Savage's birthday weekend. Together we'll be mixing drinks behind Tonic’s bar from 6-9pm with all tips benefitting the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC). This means every tipped dollar will be going directly to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, helping to fund vital treatment and life-saving research initiatives.
Justin lost his dad to cancer two years ago and just finished his third PMC with his team, Live-Love-Laugh (they completed the 194-mile journey this past weekend, but fundraising rolls on through September). Savage has spent a number of years raising money and volunteering her time to support cancer research through Team in Training. Now we're joining forces to kick cancer's ass, and to entertain you with a night of mixology, madness, and moustaches (okay maybe just one). In return we’re truly hoping you’ll show up, imbibe, and drop some tips.
Did we mention tips? TIPS! In all seriousness, the only money that goes to cancer research will be the money that ends up in the tip jar (Tonic keeps all the drink costs), so if you can drop some big ones, we’d love it. It’s all about the Hamiltons, baby!
In closing, this is a cause that is both near and dear to our hearts. You are near and dear to our hearts. And we’d love to get some booze near and dear to your liver. Don’t stop get it get it!
If you love the cause, but can't make the event, donations to team Live-Love-Laugh can be made using this link. We'd love you for it. Not that we don't already, but you know what we mean.
