This is the third event in our new Designers + Geeks Speaker Series. We feature talks from experts on design, technology, startups, and all manner of geekery. Lean UX Presented by Tim McCoy Lean User Experience (UX) leverages the highly fluid nature of modern lean and agile development practices. It focuses design and development effort on high value users, features, activities, and experiences, and in so doing, reduces the wasted effort and cost of spending time on issues that don't really matter (or don't matter right now). In this talk, Tim McCoy will share his learnings with the Lean UX approach, drawn from his years of experience as a Product Strategist and UI / UX Designer. Tim was most recently the Director of Integrated Product Development at Cooper, and is now focusing on a new venture. He serves as a Designer In Residence for the popular Startup Monthly workshop.
