The Young Professionals International Forum is part of the World Affairs Council and connects individuals with a passion for international affairs, expanding their networks and knowledge of pressing global issues. The all volunteer group offers a variety of activities covering a broad spectrum of disciplines, including speaker presentations, informal discussion groups, foreign language dinners, social gatherings, and language, book and foreign film groups.

Wokai is a microfinance nonprofit organization dedicated to alleviating poverty in rural China through peer-to-peer lending. Through a global network of local chapters in more than 10 cities, including San Francisco, Wokai connects like-minded individuals with a commitment to sharing the developing story of microfinance, particularly in China.
