THIS ONE'S A DIFFERENT BEAST, PEOPLE!!! LISTEN UP!!!

This YG2D is the first of three in a series of entertainment fundraiser nights [fundraiser TBD]. You gottuh make it out & bring 5-30 people with you... we need to fill these seats!!! It's the biggest venue YG2D has ever used - a real, legit theater space; you might as well be famous.

Here’s how it goes…

September 8th : You’re Going to Die
September 9th : Concert in the District
September 10th : The Jimmy Moonbeam Show - https://www.facebook.com/pages/Jimmy-Moonbeam/112689265466589

Cost to get into YG2D is $10 [remember, it’s a fundraiser].
But, and here's the cool part - if you bring your ticket stub to the Concert in the District or The Jimmy Moonbeam Show, you'll get a $10 discount.

For this YG2D things will be a little different…

There will be set list of performers from previous YG2D nights {TBA}.
The best of the best…
And sprinkled throughout the night you may get a chance to get your own stage time to do whatever it is you want for 5 minutes or less… yeayer.

Signups will be that night. As many people as want to perform can sign up, but remember, you’re signing up for a chance to perform… no guarantees!

If you get to perform, keep it under 5 MINUTES long. That's right: 5
MINUTES. WE WILL TIME YOU. And we will hug you when we have to stop you.

As far as performing goes, you can bring anything you want to perform. It doesn't have to be poetry. It doesn't have to be yours. You can bring the packaging label for your tampons and read that. It doesn't matter. BUT DO IT FULL OUT.

But you don't have to perform. In fact, if you’re the type of person who doesn’t want to perform, you’re more invited than the performers. Performers are a dime a dozen… it’s the good audience that’s hard to find. We need people to sit back, relax, clap at what they love and hiss at what they hate.

IMPORTANT ::: DON'T TAKE YOURSELF SO SERIOUSLY. Come and have fun. The end. Remember. Someday, we won't exist and neither will the English language. If you choose to take yourself seriously, then take yourself so seriously that it's stupid. Ridiculousness is encouraged.
