It's hard to believe 7 years ago I was told I had 6 months to live diagnosed with a rare form of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (a blood cancer). After numerous surgeries, chemo and radiation, I was diagnosed with a secondary cancer. I had 2 re-occurrences of NHL. My battle has been ongoing, at times I wanted to give up but I didn't. Instead I went on a journey of the heart, mind and soul. I've lost many including my mom along the way to their battles with cancer. My motto became "Live the Life You Love and Love that Life". Each Life Anniversary I celebrate by dressing in White and going down to Malibu at sunset and say a special prayer of my gratitude and prayers to the millions that have lost their battle to cancer, survivors and those facing their battle for the first time. I am grateful for my life. I am grateful for all of you who have been my support circle of hope and strength and I ask you all, where ever you are to join me and dress in white at sundown or light a candle to represent life for me, for your loved ones, for those who need your prayers to give them hope, strength and courage to face their battle. I have come so far on this journey. Always believe in yourself, your dreams and keep looking forward to the future...
