The author of the original web analytics bible -- Web Analytics Demystified -- as well as The Big Book of KPIs, Eric is widely regarded as both one of the creators of the web analytics profession, as well as a consistent thought leader in the space.

Oh, yeah, he's also the guy who put June Dershowitz's idea for Web Analytics Wednesday into practice and has devoted countless hours to supporting this global phenomenon. And he co-created Analysis Exchange as a way to provide another avenue for students (formal or informal) to get hands-on web analytics experience under the guidance of a mentor...and in the support of non-profit organizations.

This really is a don't-miss event.
