In Indian state of Manipur, citizens are killed just on the basis of suspicion and arrest any person without warrant. The ACT gives Army officers legal immunity for their actions. There can be no prosecution, suit or any other legal proceeding against anyone acting under that law.
The situation in Manipur is like "military rule" where the lives of citizen are always under risk of being killed at any time in any corner of the state.

Lets voice for the removal for this colonial ACT
