I, as a contestant of the Centro Hatch Green Chile Cook-off, assume all responsibilities for my actions. The Hatch Green Chile Cook-Off is from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and is judged at 8:00 pm. All contestants must check-in no later than 5:00 pm.

The rules: Enter your favorite chile that uses hatch green chiles. Must bring enough for 250 2oz portions, plus separate samples for judges. Entrants must have a way to keep their chile warm for judging.
