Muse Art Gallery is proud to present ‘Multiversal’ – an exhibition on art of artists from Hyderabad. We are presenting 26 local artists who are from various age groups and express their artistic works in varied media covering a labyrinth of facets. The unique feature of this exhibition is that perhaps for the first time in Hyderabad both the very senior artists and the younger lot are sharing the same platform. Hence you are going to find here a work of Thota Vaikuntham alongside that of Chiranjeevi. This interesting and vibrant juxtaposition of the young with the old has been made deliberately. Our young artists who have grown in the India of liberalisation are bold and free spirited in their expression. In this world of information technology, the young artist of today is very much informed and aware of all goings on in the field of art all across the world. Contrary to this joie de vivre of the art of the youth, style of our comparatively senior
artists is relatively inspired by the traditional influences. Therefore, the mixture of the contemporary and not-so-contemporary becomes an exciting proposition. The exhibition was aptly titled as ‘Multiversal’ – a word coined especially for this show to signify the multi faceted nature of the experience of this exhibition.
Another aspect of this exhibition is that this platform is going give a tremendous amount of impetus to the morale of the younger generation artists who are lucky enough to find a space in the gallery alongside the seniors. It goes without saying that the younger artists of Andhra Pradesh possess great potential both in form and content. In some of the cases their talent is comparable to international standards. With this exposure they would get enough encouragement to achieve the great expectations.
This exhibition is also aimed to give an appropriate avenue for the marketability of the invaluable works of art of the AP artists. It is a well known fact that Artists are not of the most articulate of the people. Mostly they are unaware of the commercial aspect of the Art Market. As all creative persons are, artists are soaked with immense self-esteem. This quality about them makes them hugely introverted and inwardly. We from the Muse Art Gallery hope to give a caring hand to the sustainability of their creativity through this exhibitions which has the blessings of the true connoisseurs of art from our great city of Hyderabad.

We are now giving an opportunity for the young artists to show case their talent along with the senior artists so that they also get recognition alsong with the senior artists.

Andhra Pradesh is rich in art and have a good numbers of artists who can be of international standards. As Artists can not be marketers it requires people like you who can promote them so that they get their lively hood in art and they stick on to the profession and continue it .
