Many of you graciously supported me last year for our guest bartending event in Columbus. Due to your overwhelming response and support, we were able to raise over $30,000 for ALS research! Once again this year, I’ve teamed up with Bright Side of the Road Foundation to raise additional research funding targeted at finding a cure for Lou Gehrig's disease.
As you may recall, I lost my mother to this disease in 1997 and now support my friends Barry Winovich (Bright Side founder) and Treg Charlton in their battles with ALS. In this journey of life, we all walk together; and I've discovered that many of you have also been touched by ALS, whether it be through a friend, a brother or sister, a father or mother, a grandparent or even a distant acquaintance.
Whatever your personal experience, I know many of you share my passion for this cause and want to make a difference in any way you can.
Here's how we can have fun, share a drink and raise funds for research...
I'll be a Guest Bartender at Rude Dog Bar & Grille in Columbus on Friday, September 30th from 5:30 - 9pm! Please be my personal guest for this fun-filled event. I'll pour your drinks from behind the bar...and all of my tips will support ALS research!
If you can't join me at Rude Dog, you can still support my bartending efforts with a "virtual tip" in my online tip jar!
Show your love today and make a secure, tax deductible donation to my online tip jar. Any amount you can give will help make a difference!
I truly appreciate your support and will keep you posted on our progress
