Unsatisfied with her career and where it was going (at the price of her integrity, her friendships and most importantly, her marriage) she decided to venture into the life of an entrepreneur and hasn't looked back since. Michelle will discuss the disadvantages of climbing the career ladder too quickly and the price she almost paid for the big salary, the big title and the big responsibility. While she was given the second chance to find who she really was, her insights into the corporate world will not only challenge "the checklist" mentality but encourage all of you to chase your strengths - even if it means taking a step back for the right path to success.
