For the monthly MN.swf meeting we’re holding an AIR Mobile Showcase & Discussion. The meeting will be from 7-9pm on Tuesday, Sept 13th.

We’re going to be changing things up a bit with MN.swf. First, we’re going to be meeting at Zeus Jones in uptown. We’ve heard from a number of people that they’d like the get back to meeting in Minneapolis and Zeus Jones has offered their offices as a monthly meeting space. Zeus Jones is located in uptown at 2640 Lyndale Ave S, Minneapolis MN 55408. Street parking is available around their offices.

Second, over the next few months we’re going to focus completely on Mobile at our monthly meetings. We’ve done a lot with mobile already, but with AIR 3.0 coming out very soon we’ve got a ton of new information to cover. The first meeting will be a showcase of some mobile applications built by local developers. Speakers at the first meeting will include myself, Chris Black and Andrew Charon. We’re looking to get more local developers to show some mobile apps they’ve built. If you’re interested in showing off your project, please contact me ASAP.

As always, the monthly meeting is open to anyone interested in the topics and there will be plenty of time for Q&A and open discussion. Please RSVP if you plan on attending.
