  What's a BarCamp? BarCampRDU brings together local technology gurus, writers, web developers, entreprenuers, engineers and open minded geeks of all kinds. We gather together at Red Hat HQ and create our own local tech conference. Just as we have in the past, we'll gather to pre-party on Friday evening before camp for drinks, introductions and conversation. In the morning our sponsors will provide breakfast and coffee when you arrive and then we'll work together to pitch sessions, organize the schedule and create a great tech conference on the fly. Red Hat provides the rooms and whiteboards. Other sponsors will help us to provide drinks and water throughout the day and a t-shirt too, if you want. Be a volunteer or a sponsor We need your help to create a great BarCamp. We need people to help staff the event and help with organizing before the event. This year we're using Eventbrite for registration and we're asking some questions to help us do better planning so no meals or t-shirts go to waste. Help us out.
