At the peak of activities for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Annual Legislative Conference, Trice Edney Communications, LLC, owner of Trice Edney News Wire rounds out what will be a spectacular week with a panel styled forum and dynamic awards reception. TEC’s “Black Wealth: How to get it, How to use it and How to keep it” forum will host some of America’s most successful and powerful entrepreneurs, business professionals and economic experts, teaching how African-Americans – a demographic that’s overhwlmingly reflected in unemployment statistics - can acquire, maintain, and secure wealth in the current economy. The panel is followed by a “Green Carpet” Influencer Reception and professional mixer allowing panelists, attendees, and other guests an environment to interact.

When and Where: The “Black Wealth: How to get it, How to use it and How to keep it!” forum is Friday, September 23, 2011 at the Walter E. Washington, D.C. Convention Center (801 Mount Vernon Place, NW) beginning at 1 p.m. in Room 207-A.

Follow the forums will be the “The Influencer Reception: A Green Carpet Event” which will be held in the same location at 6pm which will honor both Dick Gregory & Omarosa Manigualt with the “Love Leadership” award; recognizing their commitment to philanthrophy & altruism, which has impacted various communities globally.
