Laura has had significant experience on both sides of the hiring and interview process in her 28 years as an executive in the financial services industry and senior account manager at a leading consulting services firm. Laura’s unique interviewing approach comes from her own hands on experience transitioning between 5 banks, 1 investment company and 1 consulting company both as a corporate employee and a consultant.
