Flavors of Denver 2011 is a unique, culinary gala that raises funds to support the American Liver Foundation's mission. This unique event features top chefs from the Denver area who create exquisite five course meals, including wine pairings, for tables of ten.

Upon arrival at the new Four Seasons Denver Hotel, Flavors of Denver guests are treated to a reception along with cocktails and some bidding on our silent auction items. After guest enjoy appetizers created by the chefs, each table host draws a chef name from a basket which is the name of the chef they will be paired with for the evening. Each chefs' personal flair is evident within the dinning room where tables are personally decorated to reflect the unique menu and dining atmosphere of his or her own individual restaurant, right down to the centerpieces.

Flavors of Denver guests will be introduced to a special guest speaker who shares their personal battle with liver disease.
