Strategy Series
Do you consider strategy an art or a science? How do successful leaders use strategy as a tool? What separates reactive leaders from creative ones?
This month’s Strategy Management Breakfast will focus on strategy as an on-going discipline. The discussion will be led by a panel of executives from various industries and companies. Our interactive discussion will cover how strategy is explored, defined, and determined within the represented organizations, with a goal of learning how to make strategy an on-going discipline rather than an annual event. Tools will be shared to assist leaders in becoming better strategic thinkers. Panelists will provide insights and lessons learned from their successes and challenges. Participants will be able to ask direct questions of panelists, as well as interact with colleagues.
