We want this to serve as a little community. We're not planning on a retreat, swapping wives, taking cyanide or anything like that. Let's just hang out, eat some food, talk and get to know our animal friendly community.
I know this day/time won't work for everyone but it's a starting point. If you're super interested and can't come to this let me know a better time for you so we can try to get everyone's voice and figure it out.
The place we're meeting is technically a "church" but this is absolutely not affiliated with the church. I happen to go there and requested use of the space and was given the go-ahead.
For the food, bring a little folded note card labeling what you made. I'd say strive to make it vegan but if you absolutely can't that's okay for sure. If you're concerned about cooking something:
