Help change the ratio of women editing and contributing to Wikipedia (less than 1 in 10 editors are female) by changing your profile pic to the "Wikipedia:Change the Ratio" logo to bring greater awareness to the issue on Friday, October 7th (Ada Lovelace Day: http://findingada.com/).
