Hispanics are important catalysts for industry trends and change and our impact continues to grow exponentially. Achieving degrees and maintaining relevancy in today's world is essential. However, we must recognize that now more than ever we have the opportunity to pursue careers that do more than just "bring home the bacon." Opportunities that speak to our hearts, fulfill our lives and strengthen our community.
