Complementing any official commemorative events offered by Disney management\, this unofficial fan event is scheduled for Friday\, September 28 - Monday\, October 1\, 2012.\n \n In 2007\, a small group of fans made history by organizing the unofficial fan event Celebration 25\, eventually drawing over 1200 fans together to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Epcot on October 1\, 2007. "\;It'\;s exciting that we are coming full circle\,"\; says core team member Jackie Steele. "\;I'\;ve heard from so many people\, '\;I wish I was there for Epcot'\;s 25th.'\; It was truly a fantastic event and we can'\;t wait to celebrate with friends old and new.\n \n “It will have been five years this February since the pieces began to fall into place for the formation of Celebration 25\, and all of what became WDWCelebrations\,"\; says co-founder Adam Roth.
