Bourbon Steak DC and Ruinart Champagne invite you to discover the oldest Champagne House in France through an innovative and interactive dining experience. The Cellar Master at Ruinart and a Perfumer from IFF (International Flavors and Fragrances) have identified 8 main aromas in the nose of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, which will be discovered one by one in a unique sensory game. Each guest will be provided with an aroma kit containing 8 vials and scenting papers. The guest who can guess the most aromas correctly will go home with a prize. Chef Adam Sobel will provide expert food pairings throughout the experience matched with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs.
