Whether earthlings or extraterrestrials, the elements of attraction between the two are the world of difference that sets them apart.

This Poet’s Passport session is set to embark on a different journey. When we mean different, we mean out of this world! Think aliens, UFO, Star Wars , Star Trek; heck the whole nine yards! Get inspired from things that are enchanting and ever changing, go as far as your imagination can take you; revisit your favourite sci-fi films, drop by neighbouring planets, or take walks on the moon.

This session will hopefully blow your brains out (in a good way!). This is is what we envision it to be:

The force is strong here
a place for young Jedi minds ,
slashing light sabers of rhyme
built to stand the test of time.
Meeting place of different kinds
discovering varied styles,
after travelling all those miles
in search of truth many can’t find.

Journey across the universe to meet aliens
different beings that speak a foreign tongue,
stimulating to the mind and stinging to the heart
their language has no ending, it just starts.
Start by digging through the X-files
you might find something that changes lives,
planets are playgrounds between the sun and stars
don’t forget to say hello to our neighbours in Mars!

So look to the skies for a sign!
study the exciting encounters in astronomy,
play a character of your fantasy,
whatever you do..
just be sure to come in peace….love and poetry!


We bid you farewell on your spaceship, be back in one piece and share your findings with us earthlings!
