Why - Two years ago, I had my first Yelp DYL at 83 Proof and it was a fantastic success - in large part to a lot of fabulously dressed Yelp prom-goers. A year later, this was still my favorite SF bar so I repeated a bar for the first time in celebration of my one-year anniversary as SF DYL hostess. To this day, I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather have my 2nd anniversary SF DYL so come out this Friday evening to celebrate with me! We have the mezzanine reserved for us from 6pm and my peeps at 83 Proof have again waived the bar minimum for us special people *swoon* so drink up!
Oh, and the cocktails and music here are really good, they have an astounding liquor selection, interesting and tasty selection of bottled beers, and a respectable selection of draught beers - some locally brewed.
Happy Hour Specials - $3 draft beers and $4 well drinks until 7pm; $1 more each after that.
Transit directions: First Street is between Embarcadero and Montgomery Street Bart/Muni stations. Also accessible by the scores of Muni bus lines that run to Soma and the Financial District.
Driving directions: Please do not drink and drive. We make DYL Muni/BART-able so everyone can get drinks and NOT drive home. Please take advantage of this. If you are driving to the event, please use your best judgment. If you have problems or questions, please contact the organizer, Kristina A.
