Thank you again for agreeing to be an EK Ambassador! Your involvement is crucial to this being a successful effort as we bring together ideas of those in their 20s, 30s, and early 40s for the betterment of Knoxville!

I'll be at Cafe 4 this Thursday, October 13th, at 12p (noon) until 2pm if anyone wants to meet in person to cover questions and concerns in person. Additionally, I'll handing out some more EK bumper stickers and wristbands if anyone needs some more to pass out!

Here's what we have to cover:

1. I'm hoping that all of you by now have received your KODAK PlaySport Zx5 portable HD camera and memory card! If you have any questions about how it works -- or if you're having any problems, let me know! We'll make it work.

2. We'll go through the steps to upload the videos to our YouTube account. It's really simple and only takes a couple of minutes! (Again, we're asking that starting next week you start shooting a minimum of three (3) video interviews and uploading to our YouTube channel.)

3. We'll go through the questions we're asking that you ask your friends, colleagues, neighbors, and others -- and also talk about having them provide a legal "waiver" on camera as well as the 2-minute suggested time limit for each uploaded video.

4. We have setup a meetup.com site which we'd like all of you to have access to. Over the course of the next two months, we're asking that each of you host just one (1) event at a coffee shop, a restaurant, a park -- or anywhere where others can join in on the conversation on what Knoxville can do to reach its potential.

5. At the end, we'll review the contests and special promotions going on over the next couple of months.

6. We'll explore if there's interest in having dinner meetups and availability with all of the EK Ambassadors as we move forward to make sure that everyone knows one another!
