Many of our ladies credited thier success and PR's to thier participation in the Speed and Track Workouts. Come out and learn how to add some speed to your distance running in a FUN and EDUCATIONAL Speed and Track Workout.
BGR Leaders are excited to teach you some effective speed training strategies and lead you through an awesome workout.
This workout will be great for beginners and experienced runners as well as ladies trying to improve for 5k, 10k, and half marathons! Come get some at the Olympic practice track in downtown!
We will gather and stretch at 6:15 and begin promptly at 6:30 for an hour long workout!
All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
