On Monday, October 24th- United Nations Day- Blue Key supporters are taking over Twitter to tell their friends about the Blue Key, raising awareness refugees and urging people to get their own Blue Key key (remember, they're just $5 each and available to anyone within the United States.)

A tweetathon is a fun way of supporting the Blue Key campaign and giving refugees a voice. Just like in a good old-fashioned telethon, we're going to talk #bluekey all the way from 9 am - 9 pm ET that day.

In particular, we’re thrilled that Roya Hosseini of the Khaled Hosseini Foundation, who joined us for our first tweetathon, will be coming back to remind us of how far just $5 can go in the refugee world.

To prepare, just make sure you're following @UNRefugeeAgency (that's us). Then, whenever you can during that day, just sign into Twitter and follow the #bluekey hashtag to participate in the conversation.
