- Delicious, home-cooked Brazilian meal- Caipirinhas, Brazil's national cocktail! There is a lot to love about Brazil; the vibrant carnival culture, samba, Bossa Nova, the soccer team, white beaches and of course, the luscious Amazon forest. Though we can’t import everything that’s wonderful about Brazil, we do know a home cook who can recreate an authentic Brazilian dining experience right here in New York. Meet Carolina Santos-Neves, host of “Caro’s Concoctions” and foodie extraordinaire. She’ll be cooking up an array of Brazilian dishes to help you forget the cold season ahead.
