Drinkscience: The art and science of innovation in drinkery.
This is the second Drinkscience Symposium, an event where creators, makers, mad scientists and brilliant minds of all sorts are invited to gather and share their inventions!
Each attendee of the Symposium is expected to create or assist in the creation of one Drinkscience project. The requirements of Drinkscience invention are:

Each attendee of the Symposium is expected to create or assist in the creation of one Drinkscience project. The requirements of Drinkscience invention are:
*It must hold, dispense, modify, or be a drink that is safe for human consumption.*
(Along the lines of making it safe for human consumption, please keep down the alcoholic content of alcoholic drinks. We won't be able to try all of the different inventions if the proof is too high on average. Furthermore, drinks are not required to be alcoholic by any means.)
