In this miniconference, we will look at how the seed funding landscape has evolved over the last two years, with the entrance of super angels, AngelList as well as incubators and accelerators backed by venture funds. We will examine the differences and benefits of these various sources of early stage funding and what entrepreneurs should consider when making their decision.We will also discuss what kind of term sheets work best at such an early stage, and when young companies should raise money in their product life cycle. We will review some of the more common mistakes that entrepreneurs make when fund-raising and how to avoid them.
