• 2009 Chardonnay
Ripe flavors of pears and pineapples with just a hint of allspice and mandarin orange in the finish. It makes us think of pan-seared halibut with rosemary or simply-seasoned grilled chicken breasts as the perfect accompaniments. Serve it cool, just above refrigerator temperature, to best appreciate all the complex flavors.

• 2008 Red Dirt Red
This wine showcases the rich variety of our ranch; the exciting trio of Barbera, Syrah, and Zinfandel are accented with a touch of Sangiovese to create a voluptuous mouthful of a wine. The aromas recall ripe blueberries and blackberries, but balanced acids make the wine ready for dinner. Smoky ribs or eggplant parmesan are two great dishes to try alongside this wine.

• 2008 Reserve Century Vines Zinfandel
Deep color and texture are apparent in this wine, but with the true elegance and balance you expect. Peppery fruit and a velvety mouthfeel—this wine is the epitome of old vine Zinfandel. It would match up wonderfully with a hearty Bolognese sauce using spicy sausage and slathered over penne pasta.
