Individuals who need to submit a check or make other payment arrangements should contact our office at 1-877-463-2047. Cancellations & Refunds All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Individuals who cancel on or before November 10, 2011 will receive a partial refund that is equal to 90 percent of your registration fees. After that date, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. Substitutions If you purchased a registration ticket and would like to transfer it someone else because you are unable to attend, please contact us at least four business days before the event starts; preapproval is required for any substitutions. Everyone must be registered in advance to be admitted to the event.
