Vancouver teacher Michael Schratter is cycling 40,000 km around the world to raise awareness about mental illness and shatter the stigma and misconceptions surrounding it. He has cycled across six continents and 33 countries, and is now on the BC home stretch. His goal: raise $100,000 for the Canadian Mental Health Association’s child and youth mental health programs.
