December topic - Online Community Tools Review
There's a gaggle (yeah, that's right) of online tools available for community management--metrics tools, schedules, keyword tools, etc. And new ones continually appear. How can we keep on the up-and-up of which tools are new & useful?

This month we'll have a tool review--a few of our community members will be demonstrating a tool (or two!) & how they use it in their work.
