Mobile App Hackathon is an event produced by the AT&T Developer Program and Apigee that is designed for attendees (technical & non-technical) to learn about new technologies, build apps/mobile apps, get fed, compete for prizes across different categories and most importantly: meet new people and scout for teammates to work on new or current projects. As for the liquid caffine boost in the morning, a big thanks goes out to the Microsoft team for supplying breakfast at this event along with swag and a Windows Phone as a prize! As far as platforms are concerned, feel free to code in the language you feel most comfortable, whether it's Objective C, Java, Javascript, HTML, C #, Dot Net, or XNA. Joe Healy is a Developer Evangelist for Microsoft. His geographical responsibility is to provide 'developer care' for the Gulf States District for the East Region Developer team, more specifically the state of Florida. As such, he has responsibilities to bring .NET development to the masses in his area. Joe serves a multitude of clients, from corporate accounts to broad reach events and User Groups.
