Dynamic, stimulating, moving, challenging, delightful entertainment that builds community through personal stories. Your stories made into immediate theatre! Today we have four (of the hundreds of Playback Theatre companies around the world) performing for you in London at the New Diorama Theatre. Come to one, come to all!
The day begins with an open workshop with members of London Playback Theatre and then continues with performances by True Heart Theatre, Playback South & special guests Hudson River Playback Theatre.

Our special guests from upstate New York, HRPT visit London enroute to the 10th International Playback Theatre Conference hosted in Frankfurt this year. Hudson River Playback Theatre was founded in 1990 by Jo Salas, pioneer of the original Playback Theatre company. Based in New Paltz, they have a special commitment to social justice, creativity and community. Their company members have backgrounds in professional theatre and music, social work, and community action.
