SAN FRANCISCO, CA—Public Barber and the loin is pleased to announce the release of "Tenderloin Art & Artists 2012 Calendar”, a limited edition calendar featuring the portraits of San Francisco Tenderloin artists, as photographed by contemporary art documentarians Alisha Harada (http://alishafumikoharada.co) and Shaun Roberts (http://shaunroberts.net/). In addition to the calendar release, the artists will be showing select works through January 16, 2012 at Public Barber. Each artist lives in, has lived in, or in some way, has a strong connection with the Tenderloin art scene, and we are excited to bring their works together for this event.
"Tenderloin Art & Artists 2012 Calendar” group show will be on view at Public Barber from November 17, to Janruary 16, 2012. There will be a public opening reception on Thursday, November 17, 2011, 8pm to Midnight.
