About Pop Grub II: Holiday Mixer!
In the second featured installment of the Pop Grub, chef Scott Riesenberger will prepare a holiday themed menu of 11 different types of tapas. That's right...11..different ones...Scott has worked at some of the top restaurants in New York, including Corton (two Michelin Stars) and Cru. He's an exceptionally talented chef.

What to expect:
You can expect great food, drinks, and enjoyable company. This is a fun way to reconnect with old friends and meet some new ones. Feel free to invite your friends! This event is set up as a mixer so it's easy to move around and introduce yourself to people you don't know. -Bay scallop, pineapple, bacon skewer

-Squash arancini, paprika aioli

-Potato cake, american caviar, chive creme fraiche

-Gougeres, Comte mornay

-Chestnut bisque, egg nog cream

-Raw tuna, fennel pollen, lemon

-Oyster, radish-apple mignonette

-Foie gras mousse, spiced brioche, prune mostarda

-Beef, green onion, mushroom

-Dark chocolate cremeaux, guava gelee, green tea

-Pear-walnut strudel, cinnamon anglais, basil salad
