Join me, Nilu Rafsanjani on the morning of Thanksgiving 2011, for an 8 mile run, followed by calisthenics, core and flexibility workrout. This year we will all meet at BODYwork sf Personal Training studio, we will run to the Golden Gate Bridge and turn back and run up Lyon street stairs and then come back and meet up at the grass area up above Fort Mason for some calisthenics, core work and stretching. All levels and speeds are welcome to join. You can run, sprint or walk...you can all or some of the route with the group...depending on the number of people and the makeup of our group, we will decide on a time to meet at fort mason for the non-running part of the workout.
All participants will be able to enter a raffle for a chance to win personal training sessions. You must RSVP and participate in all or part of the workout to be eligible and must be present at BODYwork sf at the start of the run to enter.
This is a pretty casual workout, just an excuse to burn some calories, make some friends, have lots of sweaty fun and start the Thanksgiving Holiday out by being active and thankful for the ability to move and exercise.
