"TODOS INcluded" (*"todos included" is a new phrase invented by Adela Mendoza and our Inclusion Team in "Spanglish;" translation: "all included.")   Details: Greenville is home to a large Latino community that is rich in culture, ideas, and talent. The December TEDxGreenvilleSalon will be held during the Alliance for Collaboration with the Hispanic Community (ACCH) monthly meeting. The ACCH unites a group of visionary individuals and organizations that are building bridges across languages and cultures through collaboration and inclusion. Talks will be given by Greenville Tech President Dr. Keith Miller and GHS interpreter Irma Luna. Join the TEDxGreenville 'Tribe' for an evening that will expand your horizons and give you a new perspective on life for many first-generation Americans in 2011. Communities grow stronger when they are built by all their members. So, come and join the inclusion movement! We are TODOS (ALL) INcluded!     Where: University Center Auditorium (McAlister Square / 225 South Pleasantburg Dr, Greenville, SC)   When: Wed, December 14, 6:00 - 7:30pm (*Arrive at 5:30pm to socialize and enjoy the ACCH holiday drop-in; Salon starts sharp at 6:00 and ends at 7:30pm.)   Tickets: Reservations are FREE. Space is limited, so please hurry and reserve your seat now.  Languages: English, Spanish, and Spanglish speakers welcome.    About TEDxGreenvilleSalons TEDxGreenvilleSalons are a series of monthly TEDxGreenville events that allow the growing TEDxGreenville "tribe" to continue sharing Ideas Worth Spreading after each annual TEDxGreenville main event.   We’d like the TEDxGreenvilleSalons to serve as an opportunity to get even more “melting” going on in this wonderfully diverse melting pot we call Greenville (or gumbo pot as some of us like to say). At each TEDxGreenvilleSalon you can expect to enjoy one or more TED (or TEDx) videos and a presentation or performance organized around a specific theme or topic- and there will always be ample time for discussion afterwards.
