Culprit and the Standard Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles join forces for the their third annual New Year's Eve bash. Featuring musical entertainment from the lovely Xo Chic and no less lovely Droog, the event will be completely free of charge, but you MUST RSVP to gain entry
